  • Client Responsibilities: The Client must ensure that all information provided is accurate. The Client is responsible for any additional costs incurred due to incorrect information or changes made after booking.

Vehicle and Equipment

  • Condition: Vehicles and equipment are maintained to high standards. The Company is not liable for delays caused by mechanical failures not attributable to the Company.
  • Damage: The Client is responsible for any damage caused to vehicles or equipment during the service period.

Liability and Insurance

  • Liability: The Company’s liability for any loss or damage arising from the provision of services is limited to the amount paid for the service.
  • Insurance: The Company maintains appropriate insurance for its vehicles and operations. However, Clients are advised to obtain their own insurance for additional coverage.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Data Collection: The Company collects personal data as necessary to provide services. This data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.
  • Use of Data: Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

Conduct and Behavior

  • Conduct: Clients must behave appropriately during the service. The Company reserves the right to terminate the service if a Client’s behavior is deemed unacceptable or disruptive.

Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
